Authentic, original factory (OEM)4.5” metal emblem badge for a classic 1975-1980 AMC Jeep Cherokee. This iconic circular medallion features the detailed Native American Indian Chief profile in a traditional headdress, alongside the iconic stylized “S” package logo at the base. These were originally factory mounted on the wide rear C-pillar’s or front fenders of full size SJ platform Cherokees. Diameter is exactly 4.5 inches. Universal fit. This can be used on either driver or passenger side of the vehicle. Excellent vintage condition. The original white enamel is beautifully intact with no chipping or missing chunks. The lower “S” section retains its original re-orange factory enamel color. It has aged evenly into a wonderful, poppy/cherry patina. The metal casting is exceptionally crisp. The facial features and fine details of the feathers are very sharp. There is no structural zinc rot, heavy white oxidation, or deep pitting.
