Up for sale is a survivor lot of five (5) original factory "Cougar" cursive script emblems for classic 1967–1968 Mercury Cougar muscle cars. These original die-cast metal pieces are typically located on the rear quarter panels, front fenders, or decklid depending on the factory trim package.Front Side: The chrome faces display beautifully for their age with a strong vintage shine. Some minor surface pitting, fine road scuffs, and light oxidation are present in the tight crevices as expected from authentic old-stock parts.Back Mounting Pins: Please look closely at the back-side photos. Most pieces retain their factory mounting pins intact. However, a couple of the pins across the lot have broken off or shortened due to removal over the decades.
