**V3 is now in full production for all sales starting8/12/24. The design is the same but it is now made with carbon fiber reinforced Nylon. This makes the part less brittle, thus less prone to breaking and is self lubricating so no grease is necessary for installation. Also I would like to encourage everyone to check up on the tracking number after the item has shipped. If you see no movement through the USPS network after 3 days of it being shipped please let me know as USPS has been losing these every once in a while and I'd like to make sure everyone receives their part in a reasonable time**
This is my original design, based on the OEM part. I have sold over 700 of these clips over the course of 4 years. My reviews speak for themselves and I have full faith in my product, especially with the new material/design, So I will also be including a 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
3D Printed window guide replacement clip.
1. Remove interior door panel
2. Move window to any desired point that makes taking the guide rail off the window easiest
3. Remove the guide rail off the window glass
4. Be sure to hold the clip as straight as possible to avoid breaking and snap the new part onto the existing regulator arm pin
5. Slide the guide rail onto the new part
6. Reinstall guide rail onto glass
7. Test to make sure new part slides easily
8. Reinstall the interior door panel
No drilling, no cutting, no special tools required. 5-10 minute install.
