The warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty does not apply, and is void, if the product has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than us. If a core return is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label that can be used from the 48 contiguous US states. Simply send us a message when you are ready to return your core, and we will reply with your core return label attached. Your core must be complete, your core must be assembled, and your core must not be visibly broken. You have 90 days to return an eligible core for a refund.
