All parts are wiped down; we get the loose grease and dirt, it is nearly impossible for us to completely clean each part 100%. We throw most broken parts away to the best of our knowledge. Most of our parts are in good usable condition. We try and describe details to the best of our ability for each part. If there are any doubts, please ask questionspriorto offering or purchasing. As far as theNEWparts, they are typically in working order but my have defects such as rust scratches and etc from age .
