Items must be returned within 60 days from purchase date to be eligible for refund. For a full refund, the item must be in unused, new condition. If we cannot sell the item as new, up to a 50% restocking fee will apply. SuperATV warrants to the original purchaser that the mechanical and electrical components will be free from defects in workmanship.
Warranty does not apply to finish or rope (both wire and synthetic) nor if the winch has been damaged due to abuse, misuse, overloading or improper service.
