Items must be returned within 60 days from purchase date to be eligible for refund. For a full refund, the item must be in unused, new condition. If we cannot sell the item as new, up to a 50% restocking fee will apply. SuperATV offers the premium product on the market and extends the industry\'s best warranty to go with it. Each winch carries a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. SuperATV warrants to the original purchaser that the mechanical and electrical components will be free from defects in workmanship.
Warranty does not apply to finish or rope (both wire and synthetic) nor if the winch has been damaged due to abuse, misuse, overloading or improper service.
