Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Lift the vehicle and remove the original rear exhaust muffler assembly, detach old rubber hangers and unbolt the front flange connection.
Clean the front exhaust pipe flange surface thoroughly, remove carbon deposits and rust to ensure tight sealing.
Place the included flange gasket between vehicle front exhaust pipe and our muffler flange, hand-tighten bolts temporarily without full torque.
Hook the muffler’s built-in suspension brackets onto stock vehicle rubber exhaust hangers, adjust pipe position to avoid contact with chassis, fuel tank or suspension parts.
Slide the U-clamp onto the middle pipe joint, align the pipe insertion depth evenly, fasten the U-clamp firmly.
Fully tighten all flange bolts in diagonal order, double-check all connections for looseness.
Start engine and inspect all joints for exhaust air leakage; adjust pipe clearance if abnormal rattling occurs.
