DESCRIPTION
For those that wanted a premium billet option, we present the SpeedFactory Racing Billet B/D Series Thermostat Housing!
This housing directly replaces the OEM cast unit and is available in either -16AN or 32mm hose end specific versions, with no leak-prone modular fittings to deal with or the frustration of trying to remove the AN line & having to fight with 2 large wrenches in a very tight area to get the line off without taking the fitting with it.
Includes an 1/8 NPT accessory port for a cooling system pressure sensor or temp sensor (not included) along with provisions for the OEM cooling fan switch and engine harness ground.
Product Features:
• Precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum
• Black Anodized finish adds durability and eliminates corrosion
• Laser-etched SFR logo
• Dual bolt pattern fits both B & D Series (Except D16Z6)
• OEM fan switch port
• Engine harness ground provision
• x1 1/8 NPT accessory port (use for coolant pressure or temp sensor)

(1) Billet Thermostat Housing
(1) 1/8 NPT Pipe Plug
Fitment:
• 88-01 B-Series engines
• 88-00 D-Series engines (Except D16Z6)
Notes: If installing a pressure sensor (NOT INCLUDED) directly into the housing rather than remote mounting with a -4AN line, you will need to use a small diameter body sensor such as the AEM stainless pressure sensors for fitting/hose clearance.
-16AN hose ends are large and may require adjustments to other items such as fill necks, scattershields, etc for clearance.
Shipping Terms
- All orders placed on are shipped with standard shipping within the Continental U.S.
- Standard Shipping is either USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
- Shipping times may very depending on shipping service used.
- Upgraded shipping is available upon request, but additional costs will apply.
- Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday - Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time takes 1 business day.
- Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
- Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico do not qualify for Free Shipping.
- For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico we offer USPS Priority, USPS Express, FedEx, and UPS 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Please inquire with us for shipping rates before placing your order.
Payment Terms
- We accept PayPal payments.
- Immediate payment is required.
Returns Policy
- For unopened and unused merchandise we offer a 30 Day Money Back Return Policy (minus a standard 20% restocking fee).
- Return shipping is always the buyer\'s responsibility.
- Buyer must contact HPTautosport before returning any merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received without authorization.
- Fr items that have been opened or installed: only the manufacturer\'s warranty applies, no refund or return is allowed.
- For items purchased in error or after 30 days, HPTautosport wil determine if the return will be allowed.
