Shipping
Orders are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days.
Standard delivery hours are:
Business addresses: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Residential addresses: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Shipping is available to the United States and Canada only. Our goal is to provide the fastest shipping method available. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx throughout the United States and Canada.
Delivery transit time is approximately 4–5 business days for U.S. customers and 10 or more business days for international shipments, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging, for a full refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if there is any other issue, notify us immediately. Claims will not be honored after 30 days from the delivery date.
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us via email to request a return before sending the item back. Be sure to clearly state the reason for the return. A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued for all returns or exchanges. Any return package received without an RA number will be refused. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition, with no signs of installation or mounting.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or installer to verify the correct vehicle fitment and application before purchase and installation.
