Important Note:

Not all Rebuilt and/or Remanufactured TBI fuel injectorsare created equal!

BUYER BEWARE: Most sellers are offering similar injectorsthat have only been ultrasonically cleaned and polished. That does not makethem “Remanufactured” or even “Rebuilt” parts. You can have your old injectorscleaned locally for about $25. Please verifywhat you are paying for before buying any injectors.

Our Throttle Body Injectors are genuine “FactoryRemanufactured” parts. They are completely disassembled, ultrasonicallycleaned, internal components replaced as required, calibrated, and reassembled. They are then 100% bench tested and Flow Matched in sets. In testing, all coil electricspecs meet the OE Manufacturer’s specifications before packaging & shippingto you. You will get the absolute bestquality Factory Remanufactured Fuel Injectors that money can buy ... period.

These injectors are commonly referred to as \"Cop Car or Police Special\" injectors. They have a higher flow rate than your stock 5.7L TBI injectors. Some call them \"80 lb. Injectors\" ... but that depends on your fuel pressure regulator setting! You will see different flow rates published, from source to source, for the same injector. Flow rates will vary depending on the pressure used fortesting them AND the accuracy of the tester\'s equipment. The\"Industry Standard\" for testingTBI units is 10-15 P.S.I.GM issueda few differentOE part numbers over the years for thisinjector. All the OE part numbers listed here are the SAME identical TBIinjector with the same flow rate. FYI, increasing fuel system pressure(or testing pressure) by just ONEP.S.I. will increase the effective flowrate. Recent testing on ourcustom built, calibrated flow bench showed these results:

76 Lbs/ Hr @12.5 PSI

83 Lbs/Hr @ 15 PSI

NOTE:

These injectors are NOT intended for use on STOCK 350 motors.

Please consult a Qualified Tuner before ordering these injectors. Additional modifications are necessary for your vehicle to handle the higher fuel volume and/or to optimize performance. We also highly recommend that you use an adjustable fuel pressure regulator with the installation of these injectors. You will need to tweak the operating pressure of your fuel system, \'\"dial it up or down\", to achieve optimum performance for your particular vehicle. We do not sell these regulators but you can find them at just about any High Performance parts retailer. As an example, Jegs sells one that’s fully adjustable from 9 to 20 PSI.

FAQ’s

Q)
Areyour fuel injectors really “BRANDNEW”parts?

A)
Wespecialize in selling Brand New injectors at extremely low prices, but alsooffer Factory Remanufactured fuel injector sets. All of my items are clearlyand accurately described as either “Brand New OEM Injectors”, “Brand NewInjectors” or as “Factory Remanufactured Injectors”.We are also the exclusive onlinedistributor for “Xtreme High Performance” and “Xtreme Upgrade” product line ofFuel Injectors. All of the Factory Remanufactured Injectors we sell are professionallyremanufactured at the 2nd largest Fuel Injector RemanufacturingProduction facility in North America usingstate-of-the-art calibrated equipment to meet all original electrical and fuelflow specifications.Wepurchase our Brand New fuel injectors in bulk or large quantities directly fromthe OEM manufacturers or other reputable source, so most are not individuallyboxed for resale, unless noted as such.Asa final Quality Control measure, every injector we ship, including Brand New injectors, are 100% bench tested and flow matched before shipment to thecustomer. This includes a final Spray Pattern Test performed with anindustry approved, non toxic, fuel injector Test Solvent ... it is not gasolineand it does not indicate that the injectors are “used”.

Q)
How canyou sell BRANDNEWfuel injectors so cheap?

A)
We getasked this question often. Having been in the Auto Parts business for over 40years, I’ve worked for Warehouse Distributors, owned & operated Retail AutoParts Stores, served in a Regional and National Management capacity for threeMajor Auto Parts Manufacturers and also pioneered an Internet Auto Parts website in 1998. I am now semi-retired.Sellingon is a part-time venture as an associate broker and consultant for the #2 Fuel Injector Remanufacturer in theU.S.We purchase large quantities ofBrand Newfuel injectors andother fuel system components directly from the OE manufacturers here in theUSA,JapanandEurope. As veterans of the auto parts industry, we know where& how to buy in quantity, and there are some incredible deals available tothe insiders! It is commonpractice for reputable rebuilders to purchasenewpartsand package them in their “Remanufactured” boxes. This is done out of necessitywhen serviceable cores (used parts) are not readily available to maintain agood “order fill” percentage for their repeat wholesale customers. In other words, you can’t remanufacture apart you don’t have. Additionally, some OEM fuel injectors simply cannot be remanufactured with any degree of reliability due to inherent designflaws. In those casesbrand newpartsmust be sold. We also periodically buy overstocks & stock lift inventoriesfrom Warehouse Distributors. Thousands of part numbers are needed to cover the entirefuel injector universe but not all are available at our targeted lowacquisition cost. Please note that we absolutely do not buy or sell anycheap Chinese knock-off parts or any Aftermarket brand that is less than OEMQuality, period!

Q)
Howdo I know that these parts are correct for my vehicle?

A)
Everypart we sell on is thoroughly researched and cross referenced usingWrenchhead’s NexCat electronic database and matched to OEM manufacturer’sproduction data. NexCat is a professional & expensive Subscription Onlyelectronic auto parts catalog and informational database service usednationwide by major auto parts manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. Pleasenote that all car companies are notorious for superseding and duplicating OEparts with new numbers from year to year when in fact, the parts arecarry-overs, identical and completely interchangeable. Also note that the number stamped in orprinted on a fuel injector is NOT necessarily the OE part number. It can alsobe a component or casting/molding number. Cosmetic (color) changes & minormodifications are also common over a part’s application & life cycle, resulting in multiple part numbers that are identical specs. We also offer some fuelinjectors that may look slightly different than your OE parts but are the sameelectrical & flow specs and critical dimensions. Those are noted as such intheir listings. Don’t just assume that because the injector “looksdifferent” that it will not work.Example:we offer Brand New Denso, Bosch and Siemens-Deka injectors for certain GM, Fordand Chrysler vehicles that are truly an upgrade in quality compared to the OEMinjectors and may look a bit different.Thebottom line is that if we list a part as fitting your particular vehicle, itwill fit and perform as good as or better than the parts you remove …Guaranteed. After 20 + years specializing in the FuelInjection business, with large wholesale customers all around the world, perfection and accuracy is a necessity.

Q)
What isthe difference in a Brand New OEM part vs. a Brand New Aftermarket part?

A)
OEM parts are made by several different fuel injector manufacturers, contracted by the car companies to supply them. Most, but not all, OE injectorsare now made byDelphi,Bosch, Siemens-Deka, JECS, Denso and a few others. Aftermarket injectors arealso manufactured by several companies such as Standard Motor Products, BWD,Python and others. Not all aftermarket parts are equal in quality or fit. Somecompanies, such as Standard Motor Products, manufacture & supply OEMinjectors for some vehicles as well as manufacture a complete product line ofinjectors for other vehicles. This makesSMPan OEM supplier and an Aftermarketcompany. Iknow it’s confusing but that’s the way this crazy business works! Ford, GM, Chrysler and other car companies DONOT make most of the parts for their vehicles. Generally they design, style andmanufacture the car’s bodies & engines and contract out the fuel & electrical components as wellas electronics & accessories, rubber & plastic molded trim, windshieldwiper systems, lighting components, bearings, exhaust systems, suspensionparts, wheels, upholstery, and on and on … all to their design specifications. Many years ago the major car companies wholly owned most of their sub-suppliermanufacturing plants such as GM’s Divisions: AC (filters & spark plugs),Delco Remy (ignition, starters, alternators & electrical),Rochester(fuel system parts), Packard (wire& cable) ND/Hyatt (bearings) and Morraine (brake systems), etc. But, that’s all changed now.Cars aretruly “World Cars” assembled with parts and componentsmanufactured by independent suppliers all around the globe.

As previously mentioned,I do not sell any aftermarket parts that are less than OE Quality parts.Absolutely NO cheap Chineseknock-off junk! But it’s out there all over … so Caveat Emptor ...Buyer Beware! One final note regarding fuel injector brands: Delco (now called AC-Delco) isnot a fuel injector manufacturer. In fact they no longer make any parts. It isnow an independent marketing company, a name on a box only, but is stillassociated with GM. GM sold off all their wholly-owned parts manufacturingdivisions years ago. If you buy a Delco part for a GM built vehicle the part issourced from the actual OE supplier … therefore it is a Genuine GM part. However, the injector inside a Delco box willbe a part made by Bosch, Siemens-Deka,Delphior other injector manufacturer.Delco parts fitting non-GM builtvehicles are purchased from various companies, many of which are simply thelowest cost source for that part, not necessarily the OEM supplier. If you have any questions about any part we list or are concerned aboutphysical appearances or dimensions being different, just email me beforeordering for a specific, professional reply.

Q)
I wantto buy your fuel injectors since they are such a great deal but am not sure howto install them. What do you suggest?

A)
First and foremost, pleasedo not attempt to install fuelinjectors if you are not fully capable of the job. These are high-pressurefuel systems and the installation requires skill and technique to avoid damageto the injector o-rings. Most of our buyers are advanced “Do-it-yourselfers” orqualified Professional Installers or they have a friend whose capable of doingthe install for them.Ifyou are planning on buying the parts yourself and taking them to a Professionalto do the installation, checkwith the Service Manager or Owner of the repair shop you intend to use and tellthem that you intend to supply the partsANDread this message first:Takingyour own parts into a Car Dealer or Professional InstallerAccordingto Professional Installers taking your own parts into a Car Dealer orIndependent Shop is like taking two eggs, four strips of bacon and two piecesof toast into your local restaurant and expecting the meal for next to nothingbecause you supplied the food. It is considered unethical and is in fact farless profitable for the trade Professionals. They typically make as much profitfrom the sale of repair parts as they do from the labor, depending on the job,of course.A 50% + profitmargin on parts sales is the norm in the auto repair industry and should beexpected.Parts purchasedthrough a New Car Dealer are typically higher priced parts vs. those purchasedthrough Aftermarket sources, such as a local major brand auto partsstore.

Most Car Dealers inmetropolitan areas are owned by large corporations or “dealer groups” wholikely own several car brand dealerships. They are certainly not dishonest butthey couldn’t careless about saving you a penny!Their service bays contribute much of thedealer’s overall profit. And most independent repair shops are alsohonest, hard working small business owners. But there’s a small percentage ofProfessional Installers that may resort to less than honest tactics if asked toinstall parts furnished by the customer. That being the case, if you plan tosupply your own parts and have them installed by a commercial repair shopI highly suggest that you tell themin advance, when getting an estimate of repairs, and get all the details inwriting. Many shopssimply will not install parts supplied by the customer for various reasons, some legitimate, some not. Those few less than honest shops may agree toinstall your parts … BUT:

* There will be NO warranty on the job, whatsoever.

* Tell you that theparts you supplied are NOT the right parts or that they’re inferior
qualityand refuse to install themafteryour car is in the shop. Thisleaves you with a
disassembled vehicle in their shop andno choice but to buy their parts anyway.

* Overcharge youfor labor (to cover the lost profit on parts sales)

* Install your parts butdo so improperly (sabotage?) leaving you in a very bad
situation and in the process “teachingyou a lesson”.Yes, thatHASactuallyhappened!

What I can assure you of, with complete confidence, is that any parts you buyfrom us are OEM or Equal Quality parts that are 100% correct for the vehicleswe have them listed as fitting. The exception would be previously modifiedvehicles or possible engine swap situations ... which are beyond our crystalball’s capabilities to divine.
