AEGON IRON WORKS provides a warranty for our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Product hardware, accessories, latches, lights, etc., are not included under any part of our warranty.

All returns must have an RMA number issued by AEGON IRON WORKS, which must be approved by our support team. Any package returned without an RMA number will be sent back to the sender at the sender\'s expense. Upon receipt of the product, we will replace or repair it at our discretion. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Any modifications made to the product will automatically void the warranty. If the product was damaged due to improper installation, we may not be able to offer a replacement, but we encourage customers to contact us to discuss possible solutions.

Powder coating has a warranty of one year from the order date. Other finishes are not covered under warranty.

If, after inspection, we determine that the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of repair or replacement.
