FUEL INJECTORSThere are two type of fuel rails made by Radium: upgrade rails and top feed conversion rails.
Upgrade rails provide a new fuel rail that mimics original geometry, mounting, and the OEM fuel injectors can be reused. If an upgrade to the injectors is desired, they must be equivalent to the OEM injector, meaning they must be the same height and the upper & lower o-rings must match the OEM diameters and styles.Top feed conversion rails are used to convert a vehicle that has side feed (or sometimes air-assist) injectors over to a top feed injector. These will require a universal injector and this section will have very specific instructions on what the dimensions of that injector must be. These need to be followed exactly.
This fuel rail is an upgrade rail. OEM or OEM equivalent injectors must be used.Radium does not make specific fuel injector recommendations.
Consult your tuner for injector brand or flow rate recommendations.Consult the injector manufacturer for a part number that has the correct dimensions.
OVERVIEWFuel rails can be upgraded for improved fuel flow and AN ORB threaded ports for custom fuel plumbing. This fuel rail and fuel rail plumbing kit are available for an assortment of M5x and S5x BMW engines. It is an upgrade over the OEM fuel rail. Rails are CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum, black anodized, and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. Plumbing kits include all necessary components to plumb the fuel rail into the vehicle.
20-0770 Fuel Rail BMW M50 M52 M54 S50 S52This fuel rail features three 8AN ORB ports, one in the center and one at each end. O-ring boss (ORB) fittings must be used in these ports. No fittings are included with this fuel rail and must be purchased separately.
Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers. To verify clearance, the dimensional drawings on the product pages can be used as a reference guide

Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee covers the cost our order processing, shipping cost, and restocking process.
- Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Contact us for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and specify your reason for return. All return inquires must be sent to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within \'s 30 days of receiving your RMA#
- Returned items must be in brand new condition.
- Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
- Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 days.
- If a mistake was made by us, we ill provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible.
Order Status & Availability
- We will contact you by messages if an item you ordered is currently not available or back ordered. We will obtain your approval if you wish to keep an item on backorder or if you wish to cancel your order.
If the item is coming back in stock within two weeks, we\'ll ask if you want to keep it on order. If any longer, we will immediately refund you. We ship backordered items immediately when they become available. - We only shipped to verified addresses, if you wish to change an address, please do so on or contact us if you need help.
