Core Refund:
- A$150 core charge has been included in price. That core charge will be refunded automatically back onto your original method of payment upon receipt of your core cylinder.
- Please keep in mind that your core refund can vary depending on the condition of your core cylinders.
- Broken skirts, cracks into the water jacket, ports, or cylinder wall, & O-ring groove damage are some of the reasons that you would not receive a full refund.
- Refunds can be significantly less than the total core refund.
- Cores that are returned without the core return paper are subject to much longer processing times, & are sometimes unable to be processed at all.
- If you have concerns about the condition of your cylinders, please message us with pictures. Feel free to call with any questions!
Restocking Fee:In the event that you order the wrong part for your machine and it ships, or if you are making a return, there is a %15 restocking fee to account for inconvenience and labor. The item must be unused and in original packaging/condition. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost as well as the cost of shipping out another part (if you are making an exchange). If your return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cover those costs.
