Here is an original OEM R35 mirror cover for the LH (driver\'s side USDM) Off of a 2014 Black Edition GTR with 103k miles. The paint is Jet black pearl paint code GAG. There are minor blemishes, chips and scuffs from use.
A long time ago I purchased some carbon fiber overlays which I installed using the included double sided tape. That failed immediately and I lost one on the road. So I purchased another set and attempted to bond it using epoxy, (see pictures) that also failed. I then used 3M foam double sided tape along with a screw, the 3M tape worked well enough but now there is a hole on the bottom from a screw.
You can either mask off the gloss area and paint the bottom, or you can buy the carbon fiber overlays separately (see other items I have for sale) clean them up and attach them using 3M foam double sided tape?
This listing is for the plastic Mirror cap ONLY, the carbon fiber overlays are listed separately. I included some pictures of what it would look like with the overlay installed.
