Item is used and in working condition. Item is described to the best of my understanding but may have minor scuffs or scratches not noticed in inspection. Anything noticeable will be pointed out in photos and mentioned in description. I do my best to be as accurate as possible and would never intend to mislead anyone. Most ECM’s, BCM’s, TCM’s, ignition switches/immobilizers, and factory radios will need programmed. I do not offer programming services. The only one that benefits from returns is the carrier, they are a waste of time, money, and resources of both parties. Due to policies that cause rampant returns each item will be marked for security purposes. If a security tag is found to have been removed at time of return the case will be reported and not refunded. I have lived my life to trust everyone at face value but unfortunately in today's landscape it is no longer possible and measures as this must be taken to protect my property. Please verify what you are in need of before purchasing in order to avoid any issues. All parts are warrantied for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers the item and unfortunately not the labor costs. Electrical items are generally shipped with cut off wires from the connectors. This is not done to inconvenience the buyer in any way but as a courtesy to the buyer. If your connector is broken splice one of the included pieces in, if not disregard the item. Most items will ship same day as purchased unless weekends, holidays, or after 3:30 pm eastern time. Item will ship from PA please allow some time for delivery if shipping to the west coast, non-contiguous US, or international destinations. If you are in need of an expedited service please reach out before purchasing and we will explore the options. Seller retains the right to ship USPS, UPS, or FED EX depending on the items size, weight, and destination. I strive for 100% positive response and will stand behind anything I sell.
