This is an OEM 2018–2020 Urus smart key (part 4ML.959.754.A, FCC IYZ-AK2). It has to be programmed to the car’s immobilizer (BCM2) with professional tools. There is no owner-manual or ignition-cycle DIY procedure.

Where to go:
• A good automotive locksmith who has MLB/VAG equipment (KYDZ MLB, VVDI MLB Tool, Autel, etc.) can add or transfer this fob.
• Used keys that were previously programmed to another car usually have to be “unlocked” first, then written to your VIN.
• The separate Lamborghini-branded emergency blade can be recut to your door lock if it isn’t already a match.
Where not to go:
• Most Lamborghini dealers will refuse a used or aftermarket-sourced fob and will only sell/program a new dealer key (much more expensive).
• Generic “key programming” shops without MLB capability will not be able to do it.
Expect to pay a few hundred dollars for programming labor plus proof of ownership (title/registration). Call a locksmith that specifically advertises Urus / Audi Q7–Q8 / MLB work and give them the part number and FCC ID before you go.
