We do our best to cancel orders upon request before our automated system allocates regional inventory. If your order has already shipped we cannot cancel it. If you would like to refuse the unopened package, we’ll have your order refunded when it returns. If you are not available to refuse a package, please start a return through and they will generate a prepaid return label for you.I need to exchange an item. Should I open a return?
No, do not open a return if you need to exchange an item. If you do, our only option is to provide a refund. That is policy and we cannot deviate from it. If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we can arrange the exchange with you.
