Used - Fair - For parts or rewrap. Leather has heavy wear and peeling on both left and right grip areas down to gray white underlayer, see your close up photos. White paint has small chips and yellowing on edges. Black leather on lower thumb grips has scuffs. Quick release works, spins and locks, balls present, neochrome has light scratches but still rainbow. Base has some surface rust on screws. No horn button included.

Wheel is used with damage. Leather on left and right sides is worn through and peeling as shown in your close ups, it will need a rewrap or can be used as a drift wheel. White spokes have minor chips. Quick release is in better shape, neochrome ring is still bright with some light surface marks from use, locks and unlocks correctly, all ball bearings are present. Base included as shown in bottom of photo.
