Accent was placed on OEM-like integration and absolute ease of installation; the kit comes with all the needed components, pre-made wiring harnesses that just plug and play with each other and the car’s wiring. There is no need for soldering anywhere, thus making the kit as easy as it can get to install.
The main features of the kit are:
1) Alarm screens accompanied by a loud buzzer for cases of engine overheating, engine oil pressure being too low, or oil temperature getting too high. Each alarm has freely adjustable thresholds and a specific buzzer pattern that, frankly, is impossible to ignore! Because of this, the buzzer can be turned off entirely if so desired.
2) Automatic screen brightness adjustment – based on the brightness of the car’s interior
3) Either a fixed color (white/red) overlay, automatically changeable overlay color based on thebrightness of the car’s interior;or a track-oriented overlay where each gauge takes a color depending on the value it shows – aiding in visibility
4) User-selectable units of measurement: any combination of°F/°C/psi/bar is available for use
5) Streaming of true oil temperature and pressure towards OBD2 dongles/apps for logging purposes.
