Any item that is "brand new", "unopened".... well, that is what it is... it is brand new, unopened.
any food/beverage item, health beauty aids, medicine, cosmetic, perfumed, that is listed as 'discontinued' means it has probably not been manufactured for a long time. It is sold as a collectible.
Any listing that reads 'packs' means exactly that... it is a pack, not a bottle, not full size, not a box... it is a sample or trial size pack. Look at the photo for the size of the item.
Any item that is listed as 'old', 'vintage' and/or 'antique' means exactly that... it is old, vintage and antique. The condition of the item is shown in the photo and description. I do my best to show and describe the condition. Do not expect something from 1910 to be in pristine condition (unless it is MINT), or a perfume from 1930 to smell the same as one from 2023, the same with cosmetics. These items are sold as'old', 'vintage' and/or 'antique' and for collection purposes. I do not judge what people collect... I simply list and sell.
Perfumes and lotions that are vintage may tend to evaporate with time. The bottle is not open or used, but with the years, the contents may simply 'evaporate' and I have no way of knowing this unless I pop the bottle open.

Don't take it as an insult, but I have been selling online for 20 years, and with time, some shoppers have gotten lazy and don't read listings, or don't pay attention to what they are buying, or have unrealistic expectations.This is my business, when buyers open frivolous claims, or want to return items they have opened and used, or changed their mind, it hurts my business. Do your research prior to placing your order, and please use common sense when making online purchases... read and look at photos, because you WILL receive the exact item as in the photograph.Thank you
