Kawasaki Ultra 260X Complete Cylinder Head Cams Valves Cover OEM Repaired For Sale - New and Used

Used OEM complete cylinder-head assembly removed from a Kawasaki Jet Ski Ultra 260X engine.Included are the cylinder head with valves and springs installed, intake and exhaust camshafts with gears and cam carrier, valve cover, and the valve buckets/lifters shown in the photographs. Only the pictured components are included.The original engine suffered a connecting-rod failure. The cylinder head was operating before the engine failure. A damaged area between cylinders two and three was professionally welded and reinforced. After welding, the cylinder head was professionally planed/resurfaced to ensure the mating surface was flat. It was also pressure-tested successfully after the repair.Important: the valves may not seal properly in their current condition. The cylinder head should receive a complete valve job, including inspection of the valves, valve seats, guides and seals, before installation. Valve clearances must also be checked and adjusted during assembly.The camshaft lobes and bearing surfaces show normal visible wear from use. Since the valve train has been disassembled, all components should be carefully inspected, lubricated and correctly positioned during reassembly. New gaskets and valve-stem seals are recommended.This cylinder head is being sold as a rebuildable assembly requiring a valve job—not as a ready-to-install cylinder head.
