This is a genuine OEM NOS or new takeoff seat saddle from Kawasaki, believed to have originated from the 1978-1980 KZ1000 MK2 motorcycle.The material is a combination of vinyl and leather, providing a comfortable and durable ride. The seat saddle is a vintage part and is not intended for universal fitment or performance upgrades. It is a great addition to any motorcycle enthusiast's collection and is a rare find for those seeking authentic Kawasaki parts. Made in Japan as far as I know, this seat saddle is a true gem for collectors and restorers. It was in a Kawasaki dealers old warehouse for many years. Based on condition, it has to be either out of box NOS that shows minor shelf wear, or it was a new take off for someone that purchased a brand new kz1000 but opted for a different seat all those years ago. Shipping costs will be updated when I get it packed in a box.
