Every compressor is re-manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications. We only re-manufacture OEM compressors. All compressors are both leak tested and Function tested to ensure the compressor is in perfect working condition prior to being shipped. We perform these tests on ALL New and Re-manufactured a/c compressors. All seals, o-rings, control valves and gaskets and all failed hard components are replaced with new parts during the rebuild process. If you have any questions or concerns about the re-manufacturing process please feel free to message us!

Please verify that this compressor fits your vehicle prior to purchasing using our compatibility table on this listing. We spend hours making these tables to make sure they are 100% accurate. Please send us a message with your Year. Make, Model, Sub model, and engine size and or supply us your vin number, if you would like to have us verify fitment for you. Upon purchasing the compressor you have the option to add the vehicle specifications. Please add your specifications to avoid receiving the incorrect compressor. If the compressor you receive is incorrect and you did not supply vehicle specifications or message us your vehicle specifications, we are not responsible with paying for return shipment and there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.

All international shipments will include an extra shipping charge.
Not all items will ship from the advertised location due to having multiple strategic warehouses around the United States!
Buyer is responsible for paying all import and duty fees on the purchased item. ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE UPON RECEIVING BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE BASED ON PART CONDITION.
Compressor Installation
ALL COMPRESSORS ARE ONLY SHIPPED WITH TESTING OIL! COMPRESSORS NEED OIL ADDED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION NOT USING A/C MACHINE!
The number one reason of New or Re-manufactured a/c compressor premature failure is due to improper installation.
To attain a warranty compressor the bellow installation process and procedure MUST be performed and the parts listed in this procedure must be replaced to attain a warranty compressor.
Follow all local, state and federal regulations when servicing mobile A/C systems and read this instruction sheet prior to starting any repairs.
In most cases you will have to reuse your OEM manifolds and switches from your original compressor. In most cases the connector/plug from the original compressor will need to be spliced on to our compressor. Every compressor that needs this done will come with 14-16 gauge heat shrink butt splices.
Oil charges and oil types should be closely adhered to for proper A/C performance. If you need the proper oil information please message us!
If you are uncertain of where to add oil or how much oil needs to be added to the compressor prior to installing on the car PLEASE MESSAGE US!
- Remove compressor, receiver drier or accumulator, orifice tube or expansion valve.
- We highly recommend replacing all condensers that use the R134a freon. DO NOT FLUSH!
- WARNING: NEWER STYLE CONDENSER DESIGNS ARE VERY HARD, AND SOMETIMES IMPOSSIBLE TO FLUSH, IN THOSE CASES IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF THE COMPRESSOR HAS A MAJOR FAILURE THE CONDENSER SHOULD BE REPLACED.
- Install half oil charge into the compressor and the remainder throughout the system. Turn compressor shaft 8-10 full revolutions to insure front seal and other internal parts are lubricated.
- Install new receiver drier or accumulator and new orifice tube or expansion valve.
- Evacuate the A/C system for a minimum of one hour.
- Add system specification Freon charge and test accordingly. Charge the system with a Certified A/C charging station, do not use cans!
If the above steps are not performed the compressor warranty will be in valid
The accumulator/drier must be replaced prior to installation.
