Contents were removed to from box to assure complete and condition.PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS BEFORE PURCHASING. The padding cover for the headphones is brittle to the touch and will crumble away - it would appear that oxidization and time took its toll while in storage. The padding on the microphone is still supple and has no sign of damage - likely a better and stronger material. Headphone pads aside, this appears new in box as original tape was not removed from instructions and attachment hardware.
