Shipping Terms
Shipping Policy
- Parts In stock, will ship within 1-2 days.
- Please allow an extra 2-3 days for orders place on the weekend that will be processed the next business day.
- Parts not in stock that are ordered from the manufacturer, usually take 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be immediately shipped to you. Most orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. For those parts ordered directly from the manufacturer, may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive and will be shipped promptly to you upon arrival in our store.
- Depending upon shipping location, ETA for ground shipments is usually 2-7 days.
- Your order may be shipped Next-Day / Overnight for an additional cost.
- We do not ship Over-sized and Hazmat shipments but can set your order up for Will Call Local Pick Up Only.
- We are unable to guarantee carrier transit times for ground and oversize orders.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
- Unfortunately, We are unable to ship internationally.
- In the unlikely event, that a part has been placed on back-order or discontinued, we will do our best to find a replacement for you as soon as possible.

Return Policy
Returns Policy
- Please Contact us in order to arrange for any Ford or Lincoln return parts requests.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returns.
- Special Order Non-Stock and Electrical items are non-returnable.
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged on all parts accepted for return.
- All Parts accepted for return must be in original saleable condition and in the original container.
- Used or installed parts cannot be returned.
- No Returns on Electrical parts as these are non-returnable items.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return requests need to be authorized within 30 days of invoice.
- Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Costs
Cancellation Policy
- Special Orders and Non-Stock items may not be cancelled once the order is placed with Ford Motor Company.
- Any stocking parts order or any portion of that order may be cancelled up the time before it is shipped and is still in our possession here at South Bay Ford Lincoln.
- If the cancelled Ford or Lincoln part was ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 20% may apply.
