Shipping
Majestic Auto Parts offers free shipping on all our products to the continental US. Estimated delivery times for the free shipping is between 1-5business days. We do our best to ship the majority of all our products the same day. Cut off time for quaranteed same day handling is 1:00 pm EST Monday to Friday. Please note that because we use UPS we do not ship to PO Boxes, any addresses with PO boxes will prompt us to reach out for address confirmation, this could cause delays in shipping.
Return Policy
At Majestic Auto Parts, we will try to provide the right part all the time. However, if a need arises to return a product for any uncertain reason, Majestic will do it's best to service the customer always.
You may return a part within 30 days of your order, if the part is:
- The part is not damaged or missing components.
- The part has not been installed or exposed to fuel or other automotive fluids
- Is in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions.
If the part you receive is damaged please provide evidence of the damage viaphotgraphs to expedite refunds and/or replacement parts being sent out.
Majestic Auto Parts willnotgive refunds for products that have been stolen or lost after delivery has been confirmed by our shipping carrier.
Please Note - Majestic Auto Parts does not provide free return shipping except in the event that there is an error with our vehicle compatibiltiy, images or Auto Parts warrants its parts for a period of 60 Daysfrom the original purchase date of the product. If any product is shown to be defective due to material or workmanship, Majestic Auto Parts will provide a onetime replacement part or refund. This warranty covers the part only, no refunds will be given for labor, delay or any other costs related to the installation of the part.
