The installation of Delphi injector requires a very clean oil circuit and diesel filter element, and the fuel compensation code on the corresponding injector is written, so that the air is discharged cleanly.
Installation method of Delphi diesel fuel injector:
1: Do not clean the fuel injector with carburetor cleaner.
2: Before installation, the diesel oil tank must be cleaned, and then the oil inlet pipe, oil outlet pipe, high-pressure oil pump, low-pressure oil pump, oil float and high-pressure common rail pipe must be cleaned.
3. Replace the diesel filter element and oil-water separator (note that the diesel filter element and oil-water separator should be replaced by the original factory or high-quality diesel filter element specially used for EFI).
4. Enter the 20-digit fuel compensation code through the computer, install the fuel injector into the cylinder with the fuel inlet protective cap, do not plug the fuel injector plug wire on it, and do not tighten the high-pressure fuel inlet connector when it is connected to the fuel inlet of the fuel injector, and then tighten it after the air is completely exhausted (clamp the fuel injector with a wrench and tighten the fuel injector with a force of 45N/m).
5. Plug in the fuel injector plug, check whether the line, rail pressure sensor plug and metering unit plug are tight, and check whether the plug pin is corroded.
6: Hit it with one hand, directly boom the throttle for more than 3,000 revolutions, and slowly release the throttle for five minutes.
There must be no oil or water at the terminal position.
