- All orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) will ship the next business day. All orders in the continental 48 states will be shipped free of charge via UPS or USPS at our discretion.
- Orders outside the continental 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories or International) will incur a shipping surcharge.
- International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International.
Return policy
- Customers must contact us within 10 days of receipt to approve any return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee of the original item purchased, plus return shipping and replacement shipping.
- Exchanges due to shipping errors by Detroit Axle will not be charged a restocking fee or shipping.
