Troubleshooting FAQWhy won't my car radio turn on?1.1 Check the voltage — the radio requires 12V DC.
1.2 When testing, combine the red wire and yellow wire to the positive pole of the power supply, and the black wire to the negative pole.
1.3 Replace the same type of fuse and re-test.
Note: Always use our power cord to connect to our car radio — do not plug the original car plug directly into our machine.Why does the display show "No Signal" when reversing?Check whether the camera cable is properly connected to the car radio.
Note: The video port of the rear camera must be plugged into the "CAMIN" port of the car radio.Why can't I find FM stations?4.1 The radio antenna is not inserted.
4.2 Check whether the radio antenna is plugged in — plug in the antenna several times to ensure good contact.
4.3 Signal at your location is weak. Move to a better location and re-test.
4.4 The car's radio antenna is broken or has no effect — replace the antenna and re-test.Why can't I connect to the car radio's Bluetooth?5.1 Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, turn on Bluetooth, search for devices, and find the player's Bluetooth model to pair. If a pairing code is required, try 0000 first, then 1234 or 123456.
5.2 Try another mobile phone to test this function.
