- Remove the old steering rack by disconnecting any necessary components and unbolting it from the chassis.
- Position the new steering rack in place, aligning it with the mounting points.
- Tighten the bolts to secure the steering rack, ensuring it is firmly attached.
- Connect the pressure and return ports, making sure all fittings are snug and leak-free.
- Reassemble any components that were removed and lower the vehicle back to the ground.
- Test the steering system to confirm proper installation before taking the vehicle on the road.
Important Notes
- Ensure compatibility with your vehicle by confirming OE numbers: 49001CK000, 49001ZM70A, 49001ZM71B, and 973026.
- This product is designed exclusively for the 2004-2009 Nissan Quest; other models may not fit properly.
