Installation Tips
Let engine and exhaust cool completely before disassembly to avoid high-temperature burns.
Remove old rusted exhaust assembly and clean chassis mounting hangers.
Align intermediate pipe and muffler, fasten all U-clamps evenly to prevent air leakage.
Check pipe clearance with fuel tank and frame to avoid friction vibration while off-roading.
After installation, start engine and inspect for exhaust leaks, abnormal rattling or harsh noise.
Professional mechanic installation is recommended for off-road vehicles.
