High-strength D-ring mounts and a winch plate rated up to 12,000 lbs add recovery functionality, while the flip-up license plate mount maintains practicality. It also retains compatibility with factory front parking sensors for convenience.
Tough Build Quality. Built for strength and durability, the Magnus Front Bumper features a heavy-duty construction using 11-gauge (1/8-inch) steel plate for the main body, ensuring solid impact resistance. The grille guard is formed from 1.77"×0.06" steel tubing, providing additional structural reinforcement and protection. The winch plate and mounting structure are made from 9-gauge (5/32-inch) steel, offering the strength needed for demanding recovery situations. A textured black powder coat finish protects the exterior from corrosion, scratches, and harsh weather, while a premium E-coating applied inside enhances long-term rust resistance. This combination ensures the bumper maintains both its durability and rugged appearance over time.
Direct Bolt-on Installation. Start the installation of the Magnus Front Bumper by carefully taking off your vehicle’s factory bumper. Then, put together the new bumper components as outlined in the included instructions. Once assembled, place the bumper onto the frame of your vehicle, making sure it lines up correctly. Adjust the placement if needed for a precise fit. Finally, fasten the bumper securely to the frame by tightening all bolts with standard tools like a socket and ratchet.
