This is the adapter plate you need to mate a pre-2002 Cummins 3.9 or 5.9 Turbodiesel to a Ford ZF5 used behind 7.3 Ford IDI and Powerstroke engines. Compatible with Dodge NV4500 flywheel or NV5600 flywheel when included starter spacer is used. Flywheel must be machined for 6303-2RS ball bearing pilot. 6.0 or 6.4 Ford Powerstroke starter required. You will use the7.3 ZF5 clutch kit for a solid flywheel, including throwout bearing with Dodge flywheel.
Bolts are not included. You will need to clearance grind a superficial area of your engine block for starter clearance. This is standard practice for all aftermarket Cummins adapters. We ship orders before 3PM same business day.
