If you have a 2\" receiver and just need extra clearance order the extended version and take pictures/measurements so I can make it the right length for your application.
Caution: They are surprisingly stout, however they are not indestructible - kicking it, stepping on it, backing into a wall (ask me how I know) will break it. It is made to be a slip fit but not so loose that it would flop around, but I have seen a few undersize hitch receivers where it is a bit tight to install and hard to remove without damaging it - in which case some light sanding is recommended before installation. So far no one has said theirs was too tight though.response on this item:
