✅ If You Need a New Key (Duplicate)
If you still have at least one working key, please follow these steps:
- Send us your IMMO Box Module (SKREEM Module) along with a working key.
- Ship the items to our facility and message us with the tracking number.
- We will program the new key(s).
- Your module and new key(s) will be shipped back to you.
- Re-install your IMMO Box and your new key(s) will be ready to use.
🚨 If You Lost All Keys (All Keys Lost)
• Contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
• You will be required to send a copy of proof of vehicle ownership (registration or title) before service can be completed.
• We use specialized equipment to ensure your new key works perfectly with your vehicle.
• All items are fully tested before being returned to guarantee proper functionality.
📦 Shipping Information
• The buyer is responsible for shipping parts to our facility.
• All return shipments are sent via FedEx Ground Economy.
• If you prefer a faster shipping method, you may select and pay for an expedited option at the time of checkout.
• If you prefer another carrier, you may also purchase a prepaid return shipping label and include it with your package.
• Please pack securely using bubble wrap and protective materials.
