Cessna 172 Landing gear faring 0541193-7 and 0541193-8 repairkit. Brand new batch
This kit repairs Non structural Cessna 0541193-7 and 0541193-8Landing gear fairings (All Cessna 172 all years with Round landing gear “1971to present”).
It contains 2 symmetrical skins that can be bent left orright to form a single ship set, or, 2 lefts or, 2 rights and 2 step hole reinforcements.
These skins are made from .025 2024T3 QQ-A-250/5 ASTM B209lot 615894. cut by CNCwater jet patterned after Cessna parts.Not primed , not painted. Note Kylon Gloss white is a good match for Cessna \"Matterhorn White\"
We don\'t pre bend the part so if fits properly within FAA regulations. Additionally the box would be bigger and would cost more.
They can be installed as a repair panel by removing nutplates from old gear faring and reusing nut plates under part 43. (part is consumed in repair)
Or installed with new plates under FAR 21-9 as a ownerproduced part.

Comes with instruction that contains pictures (same as listed in this ad) to assist informing final part. In order to finish this part each skin needs 2 bends which are marked by pilot holes bent up and attach nuts plates by countersunk riveting along the edges.
