Installation tip: When installing clutch rnake sure to place the vehicle in High, Low, or Reverse to hold the transmission input shaft from spinning. This will allow easy alignment of the clutch onto the transmission splines. Torque secondary clutch retaining bolt to 17ft/lbs. We recommends Polaris High Performance Belt #3211162 for proper opertion. Make sure the RZR is in Park and then rotate the secondary clutch by hand until the belt is at full ride height in the secondary clutch. Check the belt alignment in the primary clutch. The belt should be directly inthe center of the sheaves on the primary clutch with a small amount of gap on both sides of the belt. If the alignment is off, remove the belt, secondary clutch and add / remove clutch alignment shims on the shaft behingd the secondary clutch.Belt Removal / Clutch Compression Tool is highly recommended.
