Shipping PolicyYou're welcome to pick up your order directly from our location.Standard ground shipping rates apply within the continental United States. International shipping rates will apply to destinations outside of the continental U.S. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
For Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Alaska, additional shipping charges may apply. Large and oversized items can only be delivered to a business or commercial address via Freight Shipping. Residential delivery of freight orders will require extra charges. Please note that freight carriers expect the customer to unload the shipment; if this is not possible, the carrier may add unloading fees.
All small orders will be processed within 1 business day from the purchase date. We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Tracking numbers are provided once the order is dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address orders shipped to an incorrect address due to buyer error cannot be refunded.
Most small items purchased before 2:00 PM ET will ship the same day. Larger items (such as hoods, doors, fenders, engines, transmissions, trunk lids, bumpers, windshields, subframes, etc.) may require 1-3 business days for handling and special packaging.To provide you with the best shipping value, we may alternate between FedEx and USPS depending on cost and delivery speed.
Return PolicyWe accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from their description.
Please note: we do not accept returns for items purchased solely for testing or troubleshooting purposes. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing we'll gladly help verify fitment for your vehicle.
All returned items must be in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, listing mistake, etc.).We are not responsible for any labor costs related to the installation, removal, or diagnostics of the parts.
WarrantyAll of our parts come with a 30-day warranty. Each part is carefully inspected and tested before or after removal to ensure functionality.Before purchasing, it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their vehicle.
