LimitedWarranty: CCMS (Chris Carson's Marine Service) reed valves are a racing orhigh-performance part, and as such have no warranty coverage other thanreplacement due to faulty workmanship or materials, causing a failure of a reedvalve itself. CCMS will replace any reed valve or set having failed due tofaulty workmanship or materials from 1 year from the date of purchase,providing the reeds were not installed incorrectly, modified, or burned due tolean conditions. This warranty is limited to the replacement of reeds only, notinstallation labor. CCMS reeds are designed to use the original factoryhardware used with the OEM reeds. CCMS or any CCMS dealer will NOT be heldresponsible in any way for damage, injury, financial loss, or any other lossinvolving the use or failure of CCMS products. CCMS will provide at no charge areplacement reed leaf or two should a customer damage a reed by accident,during the warranty period. Any warranty claims will be returned directly toCCMS for evaluation and processing.
