RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please return the item in the same condition in which it was received, including all original components. Items that have been installed, altered, disassembled, damaged, or returned with missing components may be subject to a refund deduction in accordance with policies.
All parts are marked before shipment. Serial numbers, manufacturer labels, security markings, and other identifying features are photographed and documented. Every returned item is inspected and compared with our shipping records.
Return identification: An item that was not originally sold and shipped by us, including a substituted or swapped part, does not qualify for a refund from us. The return will be documented and reported to together with the available photographs, serial numbers, security markings, and shipping records.
Suspected fraudulent returns may also be reported to the shipping carrier and the appropriate authorities, including the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), when applicable.
