INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- put the flag in a medium dryer for 15 minutes to take out the creases.
- Attache each hook from the spinning ring through each grommet on the flag.
- Adjust the mounting ring by loosening the rope and tighten the rope once the flag is positioned and attached.
- Mount bracket to surface so the flag flies freely, not flapping against surface which can cause it to tear.
