Product Description

The ARB 5421100 is a complete 4-panel under vehicle protection system for the Toyota 120/150 Prado platform including the 2003–2022 Toyota 4Runner, 2007–2014 FJ Cruiser, 2003–2009 Lexus GX470, and 2010–2023 Lexus GX460 -- non-KDSS vehicles only. The system protects all vital underbody components from steering and engine sump to front differential, transmission, and transfer case against rocks, stumps, ruts, and other off-road hazards. Each panel is manufactured from 3mm laser-cut steel that is press-formed and expertly folded for an optimal strength-to-weight ratio -- up to 56% stronger than folded steel alone.

All steel components are zinc plated and finished with a silver textured powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance. The vehicle-specific design bolts directly to OEM chassis mounting points with no modifications required, and recessed mounting bolts provide snag-free ground clearance. Panels are easily removed for routine vehicle servicing. Fits with or without an ARB front bumper -- fitment has not been confirmed with other aftermarket bumper designs. Will not work with 4–6" lift kits that use subframe or drop bracket kits to lower the control arms. For KDSS-equipped vehicles, use ARB 5421110 instead.
