Collections
You are welcome to collect your purchases from ourshowroom. However, please do call usfirst as we want to ensure that you can receive our full attention.You willneed your paypal receipt and a form of ID, such as a drivers licence.
Please note we are a retail outlet and are open 6 daysper week.
Dispatches
Our last dispatches during the week are on Fridays ifreceived before 10.00 am.
Orders received after that will be dispatched on Mondays.
Please note that there are no dispatches or deliveriesduring the weekend or on bank holidays.
If you need your order dispatched urgently, pleasecontact us between 10 - 4 pm to discussoptions.
CourierService
You will receive a text or an email from the couriercompany informing you when your parcelwill arrive.
With this service you can authorise the courier to leavethe parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place – at your own risk.
If no-one is in to receive your parcel a re delivery willbe attempted. It is your responsibilityto be in to receive your goods.
When attempts have been made to deliver your parcel andyou are not in, a re delivery charge will be incurred.
HaulageCompany
Larger items will be delivered by a haulage company on apallet service, which will be delivered to the road side by tail lift.
Sub-contractor drivers are used and are not obliged tocarry anything off the pallet or carry items onto your property.
The haulage companywill contact you directly to agree a delivery date with you.
It is your responsibility to be in to receive, check andsign for your goods. Goods MUST be checked in front of the driver immediatelyand sign for ‘in good condition’. Thisis your opportunity to ensure you are happy with your order.
If there is an issue please call us before returning anygoods.
Note thesignature will void a later claim for Damage in Transit so it is vital youcheck your goods right way before signing.
VeryImportant
You MUST be in to receive your goods on the date agreedwith the haulage company. If you are notin, you will incur a re delivery fee for the haulage company to re deliver yourgoods on a specified and agreed day.
If applicable, international buyers are responsible forthe tax and duty in connection with any purchases, please check with the relevantauthority in your country.
Surcharges
Highlands, Isles, N. Ireland and remote locations aroundthe UK, may incur a surcharge.
Due to the complexities of transport company’s owndelivery rates, this payment will be requested after your purchase as we willnot know the surcharge cost prior to your purchase. If in doubt please call us.

Returns
If the item is not required, you can of course send itback, but please let us know straight away before sending so we can look outfor the package.
Please ensure that the item is packed in its originalpackaging, is well sealed including the original paperwork or order number.
Returns must be sent via a courier with valid insurance.
