We offer 30 days return with 100% sale price refunds. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless it is our mistake. Please include the copy of the packing slip along with your contact phone number and indicate the reason for the return. If the part is wrong or defective please advise us if you want an exchange, replacement or refund. We recommend our buyers get a tracking number / delivery confirmation, insurance, and pack securely to protect the return of the part(s). If the part is lost we cannot offer a refund.
