You are offerding on a remanufactured ( commonly referred to as reman or rebuilt ) 5.7L V8 Hemi engine covered by our 90-day unlimited mileage limited warranty. This engine is an MDS (multi-displacement system)motor withEGR. It is a replacement engine for 2006-2008 DodgeCharger, 2005-2008 Dodge Magnum, and 2005-2008 Chrysler 300 5.7L cars. There is a lot of misinformation on and the internet with regards to fitment of Hemis but we specialize in Mopar engines and are experts on them, so feel free to ask if you have any questions with regards to fitment for your particular application or are just wondering if it will work for your vehicle. Please don\'t rely on the system to tell you if it is or isn\'t compatible because this system generally doesn\'t know what it\'s talking about when it comes to compatibility among various vehicles and year models. Please note that the shipping listed does not include freight insurance (this is typically not needed) but insurance can be added for $75. The shipping includes delivery to a business with a dock, fork lift, or some means to unload the engine from the tractor-trailer when it arrives. Liftgate services as well as delivery to residential locations (including home-based businesses or businesses located in residential neighborhoods) will be additional.
Please note that this listing is only for the long-block (block/heads, fully timed) and you will have to bolt up all of your factory accessories, as those are not included. You will have to switch over your own accessories like the alternator, A/C compressor, power steering pump, exhaust manifolds, valve covers, oil pan & oil filter housing, front timing cover, water pump, and harmonic balancer, coil packs, spark plugs, etc. Your thermostat and intake manifold must be replaced and it is also advised to replace your water pump, spark plugs and MDS solenoids when installing the replacement engine.
