Depending on where the shipment is going relative to our fulfillment location the transit time is approximately 2 - 6 business days after your payment has processed and cleared. A tracking number will be provided for you to track your package(s) during the shipping process.
If shipping to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other U.S. territory kindly contact our customer service team for a shipping quote.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Apo\'s, FPO\'s, or Military Mail Boxes.

Returns Policy
Items purchased from FM may be returned either to one of our locations or by carrier. The offer is valid as a onetime replacement of the original part purchased by the original owner/purchaser. Customers may return part(s) within 30 days of the purchase date and buyer pays return shipping. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, including items that are marked \"free shipping\". If the item is marked \"free shipping\" the true shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. Prior to returning any part(s) customer must request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) from our customer service team.
In order for a proper return and refund the part(s) must be in original packaging, not used, not installed, or disassembled. Part(s) free of any damages and must have all fittings and/or hardware. FM will not be liable for any part(s) during the return shipping process until the part is received in our facility, inspected, and approved.
If a replacement is needed the customer will need to purchase the replacement part(s) and a refund will be issued once the item is received back and the return is approved. Refunds may take 5 business days from the day the part(s) is received. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. No exceptions.
Damaged shipping claims must be reported within 24hrs to our customer service team. Items will be subject to inspection by the carrier for approval and replacement of part(s). All damaged packages must be refused at time of delivery and reported to our customer service team via ’s messaging system.
Refused or undeliverable shipments may be subject to return shipping & handling charges and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
1. If Parts ordered wrong and then exchang for correct parts will be subject to a shipping fee .A Replacement will be sent after our communicating.
2. If Parts ordered wrong and need returned for refund,20% handing fee will be required.(include our shipping cost).If products are installed and can’t second sales,addtional 20% depreciation charge will be required.
3. 20% charge will be required when you need a new replacement if there’s leaking problem within 30 days.( Photos or videos will be required)
4. 40% charge will be required when you need a new replacement if there’s leaking problem within 31-60 days.( Photos or videos will be required )
5. 60% charge will be required when you need a new replacement if there’s leaking problem within 61-90 days.( Photos or videos will be required )
6. 75% charge will be required when you need a new replacement if there’s leaking problem within 91-180 days.( Photos or videos will be required)
7. 85% charge will be required when you need a new replacement if there’s leaking problem within 181-365 days.( Photos or videos will be required )
