Get a securement tool that keeps proper chain tensioning around the loads. Get Mytee Products a 5/16" - 3/8" Hi-Viz Ratchet Chain Binder w/DOT Compliance & 5,400 lbs Load Capacity. It will secure heavy loads and cargo on trucks, trailers, flatbeds, and various industrial settings. The binder includes two different end fittings for versatility and a firm anchor point. The ratchet mechanism will allow you to set the desired tension whereas the powder coating will prevent corrosion and rust. Learn more about this product below:-

Quality & Robust Material: We have designed these ratchet binders from highly steel material, capable of handling a working load limit of 5,400 lbs and a breaking strength of 19,000 lbs. Strictly adhere to the mentioned load limit to avoid accidents and casualties. The load binders are powder-coated to protect against corrosion and rust. It will ensure long-lasting performance despite continuous use. Meanwhile, the color is safety green for high visibility, making it ideal in the field.
Compatibility: Our ratchet chain binder will seamlessly fit G70 5/16" - 3/8" chains, ensuring stability and security of the loads. The end fittings of our binder are 5/16" and 3/8" grab hooks. The grab hooks will firmly connect with chain links, anchoring them strong enough to minimize disconnection during hauling. Thus, keeping your loads and cargo secure during transportation or operation.
Dimension Details: The optimal handle length of our chain binder is 14" while the barrel length is 10" and take up is 8". You can accommodate various load sizes as we provide bearing-to-bearing lengths from 23" to 30" (Hook to Hook). The hooks are screwed (screw diameter is 7/8"), allowing you to twist and extend them for extra reach whenever connecting the binder to the chain. Thus, providing you the leverage to tighten the chain.
Ratchet Mechanism: The load binder has a ratchet mechanism for tightening and tensioning the chains while securing the load. The small and incremental adjustments will enable precise control over applied tension, neither over-tightening nor damaging the cargo. It requires minimal effort, check the application process below.
DIY Installation: As mentioned above, it’s a ratchet-style chain binder that requires a few minutes for application. Check out the detailed steps below:-
- First, grab the chain binder and start unscrewing the hooks to open it. Turn the grab hooks at least 15 times.
- Now, connect one grab hook of any size to heavy-duty chains.
- Connect both ends of the hook to the chains and tighten the binder by ratcheting it.
- Voila, the application is done.
Now, understand how to release the ratchet chain binder after use.
- This process requires patience. So the first step is to release the tension binder and twist the binder in the opposite direction.
- Continue twisting the binder until it’s loose enough to release the grab hook from the chain.
