Warranty
- Tom\'s Garage will repair or offer One-Time warranty with free replacement if the product get defective due to quality problems within 10 years since the delivery date of original purchase.
- Tom\'s Garage will replace any of products should it be deemed defective by Tom\'s Garage. This expressed warranty doesn’t cover the accessories. Warranty service will be provided one time for one order. The original purchaser of the order will be the only party to which this warranty applies.
- Customers need to provide order number and user manual to start warranty process. The product returned shall match the one purchased for any warranty agreement to be executed.
- The warranty only cover the products, please understand that custmers will be responsible for the shipping cost of the warranty.
