·Any international customs fees must be paid by customer.
·Please note that we will only ship to the same billing address that payment is made from, unless otherwise specified.
·To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx, USPS orTruckingFreight Shipper, depending on which is cheaper and/or faster.
·Oversize itemslikebumpers, doors, hoods, trunk lids, engines, transmissionsand other similar items will be shipped viaFreightAfter you purchase such an item, you have to immediately provide us with your full name, phone number and a business address where we can ship it to.
Return Policy
·All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 daysof item being received by customer, and only if the item isnon-functional or if it differs substantially from the description!
·Pleaseask questionsprior toofferdingandverify the fit in your application with your local dealer or an independentsource!
·Customers are fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Shipping and handling fees arenon refundable! You will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.
·Do not buy electronic parts for testing purposes.In such case, we will not accept the return. Any electronics, radios, modules, computers will be tested when returned and double checked before we issue you a refund.
·We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell.
·We accept product returns on incorrect or unwanted parts, but they are subject to a restocking fee of 15% ofthe purchased price. Also keep in mind that shipping cost is non refundable.
Warranty
·We offer limited warranty for the 30 days return period; we advise you to use this timeto install the part and check if its in good condition.
·Item must be returned in theoriginal conditionin order to qualify for warranty.
